Two surrogate brothers raised on the streets of Tokyo, leaders of the largest street gang in Japan, rise to power within the Yakuza ranks after a violent conflict with a local Oyabun. That success is short lived as the son of the Oyabun returns and goes to war against the brothers dismantling the entire gang forcing them to flee the country. Not satisfied with his victory, the Oyabun’s son hunts down and kills the survivors causing the brothers to come out of hiding, return to Tokyo and wage a war to end the slaughter.
